Referrals reopen for Bridge the Gap support
Referrals have reopened for the Bridge the Gap Outreach Service after funding was extended until December 2026.
Who can get support
You may be able to get help if you are experiencing two or more of these challenges:
homelessness
mental health problems
substance use
domestic abuse
contact with the criminal justice system
What support is available
The service offers up to 24 weeks of outreach support to help people:
build confidence
achieve personal goals
connect with local services
strengthen support networks
