It is now easier for carers to get support

Action for Carers Surrey has introduced a shorter registration form and extended helpline hours to make it easier for unpaid carers to get support. 

The new form can be used by carers aged 5 to 99. After the form is submitted, Action for Carers will contact the carer to complete their registration and help arrange the right support.

Helpline opening hours

The Action for Carers helpline is now open:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9am to 7.30pm

  • Friday, 9am to 5pm

  • Saturday, 9am to 12.30pm
