Overdose Awareness Day: 31 Aug

Surrey’s Public Health team will mark International Overdose Awareness Day by remembering lives lost to preventable overdoses.

They will also raise awareness of naloxone and where to get it in Surrey. Naloxone is a medicine that can reverse an opioid overdose

Free naloxone training will be offered in person and online on selected dates in September. The training shows people how to use naloxone and save a life.
