Elmbridge Dementia Services supports people in the mild to moderate stages of dementia. You can enjoy activities, make friends and take part in groups that help your wellbeing and confidence.

Clubs run at the Claygate Centre from 10am to 3pm on:

Tuesday
Wednesday
Friday

The daily cost is £61.30, including lunch.

You will have an assessment before joining so the team can understand your needs.
