Support for complex emotions

SUN is a free peer support service for adults who find complex emotions hard to manage. These difficulties are often linked with personality disorder.

The service follows the ideas of a therapeutic community and is co-produced by Surrey and Borders NHS Foundation Trust and The Mary Frances Trust. Clinicians work with practitioners who have lived experience.

SUN offers daily support through six groups each week. These groups run online and in person. They give adults a safe space to share experiences and support one another.
