Maximus UK offers services to help people find jobs, especially those facing challenges in accessing employment.

In September 2023, Maximus UK launched a new self-referral program to support people returning to work. This program is especially for people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, and carers. It offers personalised support, including help with:

writing CVs
preparing for interviews
funded training
support transitioning into a new job
