New opening hours at Aldershot Safe Haven
From Sunday 1 June 2025, Aldershot Safe Haven is no longer open from 12.30pm to 6pm on weekends and Bank Holidays.
This change brings Aldershot’s hours in line with the other Safe Havens in Epsom, Guildford, Redhill and Woking.
Evening opening hours stay the same. You can still get in-person support every day from 6pm to 11pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays all year round.
Aldershot Safe Haven is run in partnership with Catalyst, Andover Mind, and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
Safe Havens offer out-of-hours support for adults who are in a mental health crisis or feeling emotionally distressed. They also support carers. Safe Havens are a calm and welcoming alternative to A&E for people who need urgent mental health help.
If you need support when Safe Havens are closed, you can call the 24-hour Mental Health Crisis Line on 0800 915 4644. This service is free and open to everyone in Surrey and North East Hampshire.
