Dementia clinics in Surrey
Admiral Nurses from Dementia UK will run free dementia support clinics in Woking and Guildford this April. The clinics give advice on diagnosis, symptoms, communication, future planning, behaviour changes and coping with grief or care transitions.
Sessions take place in private and accessible rooms at Nationwide Building Society branches. You do not need to be a Nationwide customer.
Clinic dates:
- Tuesday 7 April, Nationwide Woking, 5 Mercia Walk, GU21 6XS
- Wednesday 8 April and Thursday 9 April, Nationwide Guildford, 32 to 34 High Street, GU1 3EL
