Gardening Group - Frimley

Catalyst Support runs a gardening group. It is at Flourish Community Garden in Frimley Lodge Park. The garden is between the café and the children's playground.

The group meets every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm.

It gives you a chance to:

• socialise
• enjoy the outdoors
• take part in light activity
• grow vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit

Joining can help reduce loneliness, add routine to your week, build skills and support your mental wellbeing.

The park has a large car park, a café and toilets. The garden welcomes volunteers to help look after the area or support sessions.
