Gardening Group - Frimley

Catalyst Support runs a gardening group at Flourish Community Garden in Frimley Lodge Park (GU16 6HY). The garden is between the café and the children’s playground.

The group meets every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm. It offers a chance to:

• socialise
• enjoy the outdoors
• take part in light activity
• grow vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit

Joining can help reduce loneliness, add structure to the week, build skills and support mental wellbeing.

The park has a large car park, café and toilets. The garden also welcomes volunteers to help maintain the space or support sessions.
