Gardening Group - Frimley

Flourish Community Garden is in Frimley Lodge Park, Frimley Green, Surrey Heath (GU16 6HY). The garden sits between the café and the children's playground.

Catalyst Support runs a gardening group at the garden every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm.

The group offers a chance to:

• socialise
• enjoy the outdoors
• take part in light physical activity
• grow vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit

Taking part can help reduce loneliness, bring structure to your week, build new skills and support your mental wellbeing.

There is a large car park, a café and toilets at the park.

The garden also welcomes volunteers from the local community to help maintain the space or support group sessions and workshops.
