Gardening Group – Frimley – Catalyst Support

Flourish Community Garden is located inside Frimley Lodge Park in Frimley Green, Surrey Heath, GU16 6HY. 

Catalyst Support hosts a gardening group there, each Tuesday afternoon between 1-3pm.

At the group there is an opportunity to socialise, enjoy the outdoors, do some physical activity and help produce vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit. 

Catalyst Support is a local charity that works to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people in Surrey.  As part of their Community Connections initiative, the gardening group can help reduce feelings of isolation, create structure in your week, help you learn new skills and improve mental wellbeing.

The garden sits between the café and the children’s playground at the park.  There is a large car park at the park, a café and toilet facilities.

The garden also offers volunteering opportunities to the local community to help maintain and develop the garden and/or assist with groups and workshop sessions.
