Riding for the Disabled Association
This charity offers riding sessions for children and adults with disabilities. Volunteers and ponies provide therapy, achievement and enjoyment.
Riding can help improve muscle tone, coordination, balance and social skills. It can also build confidence and give a sense of independence.
Sessions run during the week. They include riding exercises, games and gentle walks around the property when the weather is good.
