Missing People offers a free, confidential 24/7 service called Message Home. It’s for anyone in crisis, unsure what to do next, or wanting to pass a message to someone.

They provide:

  • advice on things to consider before leaving
  • a support line
  • information on what happens if you go missing
  • signposting to other services

Online Chat is available daily from 2.30pm to 9.30pm.
