Sunflower Cafe and Singing for the Mind Guildford

Two friendly groups for dementia take place in Guildford. They're run by Right at Home and Guildford United Reformed Church.

The groups take turns each week. One week it’s one group, the next week it’s the other.

Singing for the Mind helps people enjoy music and remember special moments.

Sunflower Café is welcoming space for people with dementia and their carers. You can chat, share stories and take part in activities.

The groups offer:

• advice from dementia care staff
