Dementia First
Engaging Minds is a local group for people under 66 who have been diagnosed with dementia. It gives them the chance to meet others in a similar situation.
People can come on their own or bring a carer or relative.
Care co-ordinators are on hand to offer advice and help people find local services.
The team also runs regular events in the area.
