Independent Age

Independent Age have information and advice to help you get the most out of older age.  They also have a helpline which is a free and confidential phone service for older people, their friends, families and carers.

Call Independent Age's free helpline on 0800 319 6789 for information or to arrange to talk to one of their expert advisers who provide free and impartial advice on issues such as care and support, money and benefits, health and mobility. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

You can also chat with them online, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
