Men's Support Group Crawley - Menshare Listening Group

The Menshare Listening Group is a safe and private space where men can talk about things that are hard to share. It helps men feel better and encourages open conversations.

The group also runs:

  • nature walks
  • weekend retreats to help men relax and enjoy the outdoors

Men can get extra help from in-house professionals and signposting services.

The Crawley group meets twice a week.

Time

Monday 7pm to 9pm and Wednesday 4.30pm to 6.30pm and 7pm to 9pm
