Stroke Support Group Cranleigh
Surrey Hills Rehab
The Stroke Support Group will be run with one of the Surrey Stroke Association team and the Surrey Hills Rehab NeuroPhysios and is free to attend.
It will be an opportunity to find out more about the Stroke Association services, meet other people and families with Stroke and get advice from the team. Tea or coffee will be provided.

Accessible parking and toilets on site.
Snoxhall Community Centre has extensive parking and is fully accessible with level access throughout. Parking is charged at £1 for 3 hours, including for blue badge holders, however, if you are a blue badge holder you can apply to Waverley Borough Council for a free parking permit. The car park is accessed by Snoxhall Fields, off Knowle Lane from the High Street.
