Gardening Group – Woking – Catalyst Support

Catalyst Support hosts a gardening group there, each Thursday morning between 10:00 to 12:00.

At the group there is an opportunity to socialise, enjoy the outdoors, do some physical activity and help produce vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit. 

Catalyst Support is a local charity that works to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people in Surrey.  As part of their Community Connections initiative, the gardening group can help reduce feelings of isolation, create structure in your week, help you learn new skills and improve mental wellbeing.

There is access to the community hall and facilities at the Arch centre.
