Gardening Group Woking

This gardening group meets every Thursday morning from 10am to 12 midday.

The group offers a chance to:

• socialise
• enjoy the outdoors
• take part in light physical activity

grow vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruit

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Communities team supports the garden.

This group is part of Catalyst Support's Community Connections programme.

It helps:

• reduce loneliness
• bring structure to your week
• build new skills
• support your mental wellbeing.

The group meets at the Arch Centre, where there is access to the community hall and facilities.
