Wellbeing Walking Group in Surrey Heath - Catalyst Support

Catalyst Support is a Surrey-based charity offering free mental health and wellbeing services for adults. In partnership with Community Connections, they run a variety of wellbeing groups, including regular walking groups.

The walking groups are:

• Guildford, first Monday of the month, 11am to midday
• Surrey Heath, each Wednesday, 1pm to 3pm
• occasional additional walks

Walking groups are a great way to enjoy nature, meet new people and stay active.
