Dial-a-ride Elmbridge Borough Council

Dial-a-ride journeys are tailored to you and use specially adapted vehicles. The service can take you to see friends, GP or medical appointments, shopping, or other services or events across the borough.

The service is for people of any age with limited mobility, who are unable to use conventional public transport, and are residents of Elmbridge

Shopping trips

Door-to-door shopping trips and return travel to the following venues across Elmbridge: 

• Cobham: Sainsbury's
• Esher: Waitrose
• Walton-on-Thames: The Heart Centre
• Weybridge: Brooklands

Book dial-a-ride

Buses operate between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Bookings are accepted up to 2 weeks in advance on a first come, first served basis. Please give as much notice as possible when planning your trip.
