Tai Chi (Yang style) Staines Community Centre

Tai chi sessions are held at the Staines Community Centre weekly.

The sessions are open to everyone and have a small charge.

The community centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. Closed bank holidays.

Time

Beginner sessions Tuesday 1pm to 2pm and advanced sessions Tuesday 2pm to 3pm.
