Men's Pit Stop

Men’s Pit Stop is a space where men meet to support each other and build a sense of community.

The group helps men face life’s challenges through peer support. Members share experiences, listen to each other and grow together. The focus is on understanding and personal growth, not giving fixed advice.

Sessions take place every Tuesday from 7pm to 8pm at: Vital Village Community Hub, Mercer Close, Thames Ditton, Surrey, KT7 0BS

Sessions usually last one hour but can run longer. Regular attendance is encouraged but not required.

Men’s Pit Stop helps people:

  • feel heard and understood
  • build confidence and resilience
  • form strong bonds through shared support
