Guildford U3A

University Of The Third Age

U3A is a UK-wide movement that brings together retired and semi-retired people to develop their interests and continue their learning in a friendly and informal environment.

U3A members draw upon their knowledge and experience to teach and learn from each other. There are no qualifications to pass. The U3A believes that learning is its own reward.

Local U3A groups operate voluntarily and independently with guidance from the national organisation. A typical U3A will be home to many activity groups covering hundreds of different subjects - from art to zoology and everything in between.

The Guildford U3A has over 120 groups and offers regular social, fitness, and learning opportunities for its members.
