Calvert Kielder offers supported care breaks in the countryside for disabled adults aged 18 and over. Their fully accessible centre provides personalised care and a wide range of activities in a relaxed holiday setting.

Care is available 24 hours a day, with personalised care plans tailored to each guest’s needs. Night care is provided via a call system. Speak to the care team to discuss your requirements.

Support may include:

• moving and handling
• help with medication
• washing and dressing
• packing and unpacking
• meals and special diets
• continence care
• airflow mattresses (subject to availability)

Calvert Kielder is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide residential care for people with physical, learning and sensory disabilities, and those on the autistic spectrum.
