The Relief Carers Scheme offers support to those suffering from Alzheimer's, confusion and dementia. They offer support their carers and family including:

  • advice and information to support looking after their loved ones
  • benefits advice
  • referral to other services
  • respite from their caring role

They run regular events at the Claygate Centre including:

  • social club
  • carers cafe
  • social cafe
