Occupational Therapy Surrey CIC have professional occupational therapists who specialise in practical problem-solving. They can help you with any difficulties you may have in performing daily tasks, mobility, hobbies, employment, or volunteering. They can provide support with reports or letters for reasonable adjustments at work or in education, home adaptations, and funding for new equipment.

Services include:

  • activities of daily living - bed mobility, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, eating and drinking, cooking, seating, cleaning, shopping, and car transfers
  • mobility - walking, walking aids, wheelchairs and scooters, stairs and steps

Time

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Special Requirements

They can call to remind you 24 hours before or on the morning of the planned visit. They can write things down for you, include pictures, use Makaton alongside verbal language and they can adapt the speed and make sure they ask simple questions if that helps you.
