Cardiomyopathy UK is a national charity that helps people affected by cardiomyopathy. Cardiomyopathy is a disease of the heart muscle. It makes it harder for the heart to pump blood to the rest of the body.

They offer:

  • a nurse helpline
  • the Heart to Heart network, giving you 1-to-1 support with someone who understands what you are going through
  • support groups
  • information and advice
