Guildford Health Walks
Guildford Health Walks offers free guided walks every weekday morning. Each walk lasts between one hour and one and a half hours. The pace is gentle, and everyone is welcome.
After the walk, the group often enjoys a coffee together. Walkers range in age from their 40s to their 90s. Many join to enjoy the outdoors and to feel less isolated. The group is friendly and full of people with a wide range of life experience.
A trained volunteer leads each walk and helps keep everyone safe and supported.
