Andy's Man Club: Guildford

Andy's Man Club offer free peer-to-peer support groups in person and online. This group meets in Guildford every Monday, except bank holidays.

The aim of the group is to end the stigma surrounding men's mental health and help men through the power of conversation.

You can open up about the storms affecting your life in a safe, judgement-free and non-clinical environment.

Their clubs are designed to be free of pressure, there is no obligation to speak, you can simply listen if you wish.
