Andy's Man Club - Caterham

Andy's Man Club Caterham is a free, peer-led support group for men aged 18 and over. The group offers a safe, non-judgemental space for men to talk about whatever they’re going through.

The group meets:

• every Monday from 7pm to 9pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
• doors open at 6.30pm, giving you time to park, grab a brew and a biscuit and settle in

The group is made up of ordinary men who show up for each other every week. Whether you're having a tough day, a difficult month or just need to be around others who understand, Andy's Man Club is there to listen to and support you.

There's no pressure to speak - simply sitting and listening can be just as powerful.

The environment is inclusive, welcoming and completely free to attend.

If you are feeling nervous about coming along for the first time, you're not alone - everyone there felt that way at first. A friendly face will be at there to greet you and take that first step through the door with you.
