Men's Pit Stop

Men’s Pit Stops are friendly spaces where men meet each week to talk, listen and support each other. The groups help men feel heard without giving advice or telling anyone what to do.

Talking in a group can help men feel stronger, more connected and less alone. Over time, this builds a supportive community where everyone can grow.

Each session lasts about an hour, but can go on longer if needed. Men are encouraged to come regularly, but there’s no pressure to attend every week.
