Rentstart Elmbridge

Elmbridge Rentstart is a charity helping people who are homeless or vulnerably housed in the Elmbridge area.

Each year they house and support around 150 people and help them move on with their lives.

Their work usually involves support with deposits and finding affordable rent, however they are flexible and individual focused. They do this with a small team of staff, and some volunteers.

They can help their clients to access short term emergency accommodation, find suitable private rented housing, provide starter packs of household goods and provide rent in advance and deposit guarantees for new tenants.
