Leatherhead United Charities

The main aim of the charity is to provide comfortable, safe accommodation for over 55s living within the boundaries of the old Leatherhead Urban District. There are 30 flats on 4 sites. Stenning Court, Skeet House and the Church Walk properties are a short walk from the town centre.

They also pays one-off grants to local people. Individual grant applications have to be supported by a professional agency such as The Citizen’s Advice Bureau.

The charity supports people over 55 on low incomes who have lived for at least 2 years in:

• Fetcham
• Ashtead
