Camberley Care Trust

Camberley Care Trust is a volunteer-run community service that has supported local residents for over 50 years. It helps older people and others in need across Camberley and Frimley (GU15 and GU16).

The charity offers two main services:

• car service - safe, low-cost transport for medical, family and social needs
• handyperson service - help with small jobs around the home that take up to two hours

Volunteer drivers can take clients to:

• doctors, dentists, hospitals and clinics
• day centres, opticians, hairdressers and nursing homes
• visits to family, friends or social events
• shopping trips and other local outings

Drivers cannot lift wheelchairs, but clients may bring someone to help if needed.

There is a suggested donation for each trip to help cover costs.

• Monday 9am to 12.30pm
• Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 12pm
• an answerphone is available outside these hours
