Hourglass provides support and advice for men and women over the age of 60 who are experiencing abuse or neglect. They also offer free training for service providers and volunteers, as elder abuse has unique characteristics that can be overlooked by other service providers. Hourglass offers a confidential free helpline for individuals experiencing abuse or neglect, their caregivers and professionals seeking advice.

Their helpline and chatbot are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All other services are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
