Mary Frances Trust (MFT) are one of the providers for Community Connections Surrey. They provide people with support for mental health and emotional wellbeing in Surrey. They offer:

• 1 to 1 support to develop coping skills, manage mental health and improve wellbeing
• access to education, support groups and wellbeing activities
• advice and bridging to further support
• access to volunteering opportunities
