SANEline - national mental health helpline

SANEline is a national out-of-hours mental health helpline offering specialist emotional support, guidance and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers. The helpline is a confidential service for anyone aged 16 or over.

Please note this is not a crisis number, and requests for call-backs need to be via voicemail rather than text message.

SANE does not charge for its services but your phone provider may charge you.
