The Shifa Network provides information, support, advice and advocacy services to ethnically diverse women.

Shifa is part of Catalyst Support, a local charity that supports the mental health and wellbeing of people in Surrey.

Shifa offer:

  • ESOL classes
  • drop-in support
  • yoga and aerobics
  • listening service

These sessions are based in Woking and Camberley.
