Bletchingley Village Transport Scheme

Bletchingley Village Transport Scheme is a volunteer-run service for people in Bletchingley who do not have transport. It mainly supports older residents but is open to anyone in the village who needs help getting to appointments or local services.

The scheme can help with trips to:

  • the dentist
  • the hospital
  • the chiropodist
  • local shops
  • the library

Volunteer drivers provide the transport. They claim back a mileage allowance. There is no charge to use the service, but donations help cover costs.
