Chit Chat and Chores

Companionship service based in Surrey. They support elderly people at risk of loneliness and isolation. They help elderly people stay independent and assist with day to day living in their own home as well as visiting clients in carehomes and retirement villages

They can help with things such as:

• a chat over a cup of tea
• light housework
• going for a stroll and getting fresh air - helping with stamina and mobility
• help with making and taking appointments
• chaperoning
• help with post and bills
• picking up shopping or going shopping
• visiting a garden centre
• walking the dog and pet care
• preparing a meal
• staying in touch with family members and alerting to any issues
