MHA Communities East Surrey

MHA Communities East Surrey is a charity based in Redhill that supports older people. It works in Merstham, Redhill, Reigate, Banstead, Horley and nearby areas.

The charity helps reduce social isolation, promote independence and improve health and wellbeing. It offers support, signposting and a range of services.

Activities include:

• lunch clubs
• monthly coffee mornings
• a weekly club for people with dementia and their carers
• a befriending service for people who would like a weekly visitor at home
• a telephone support service called ‘Friendship down the line’
• volunteering opportunities
• days out and holidays
