MHA Communities East Surrey

MHA Communities East Surrey is a charity that helps older people stay active and connected. It is based in Redhill and works in Merstham, Redhill, Reigate, Banstead, Horley and nearby areas.

The charity helps people stay independent, feel better and avoid loneliness. It offers support, advice and local services.

People can take part in:

• lunch clubs
• monthly coffee mornings
• a weekly club for people with dementia and their carers
• a befriending service for people who would like a weekly visitor at home
• a telephone support service called ‘Friendship down the line’
• volunteering
• days out and holidays
