- immigration and nationality
Their advice telephone line is available between 10 am and 4 pm on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays), but you can call at any time and leave a voicemail if they don't answer.
If you are deaf, deafened, hard of hearing or speech impaired you can contact them for advice using the BT Text Relay number: 03444 111 445.
They are operating a limited drop in service on Tuesdays 10am to 1pm and Thursdays 10am to 3pm.
In addition to their telephone and drop in services, appointments for face-to-face advice are scheduled throughout the day. The advisers will talk with you about whether or not a face-to-face appointment is needed. They have an online form that you can complete to seek advice on your problem. Request advice by email.
Accessibility
The office is on the ground floor and has easy wheelchair access via a ramp.
There is an induction loop hearing system. Please let them know when you arrive if you think you might need it.
If you are sight-impaired, please let the adviser or the receptionist know so that you can be assisted better.
There is barrier controlled parking at the Town Hall (access via Dulshott Green, off Church Street) but it is cheaper to use the Depot Road pay and display car park (also off Church Street).
