The Dementia Hub, situated in Sefton Road in Epsom, offers specialist respite daycare for people living with memory loss and dementia.

The Dementia Hub provides:

  • full or half day respite care
  • person centred care
  • support with medication
  • friendly advice and support
  • dementia friendly environment
  • social activities and exercises
  • memory, music and pet therapy
  • arts, crafts and games

Use the Transport from Home service to get to and from the centre. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible and driven by an experienced and friendly DBS-checked team.
