The Weavers Horticulture and Resource Centre

Specialist courses for people with mild to moderate learning disabilities including:

• autism
• Asperger‘s Syndrome
• challenging needs
• ADHD

They also offer the service to people with mental health issues.

Building their experience through structured, professionally organised activities with person-centred plans, they aim to maximise the individual‘s potential to enhance independence and integration into the community.

This service is available to both Strada Care clients and the local community, including residents of other care homes and supported living.
