Centre for Psychology Surrey Heath

Centre for Psychology is an NHS Talking Therapies service that provides psychological therapies to individuals aged 17+, registered with a GP in Surrey.

They are funded by local NHS Commissioning Groups, so the therapy they provide is completely free of charge.

Centre for Psychology can support with a number of difficulties including:

• low self-esteem or self-confidence
• sleep difficulties
• worry
• specific phobias
• social anxiety
• health anxiety
• panic disorders
• PTSD
• OCD
• long term health conditions such as diabetes, COPD, chronic pain and chronic fatigue
