LinkAble's service for adults - No Limits

LinkAble is a charity in Woking that supports people with learning disabilities and autistic people to live the life they choose. It’s a friendly and safe place where everyone can be themselves.

Many people join as children and continue through to adult services. LinkAble helps people grow in confidence and develop at their own pace through fun and supportive activities.

Their adult programme, No Limits, includes:

• friendship – make friends, practice social skills, and connect with others
• life skills – plan, solve problems, and build resilience
• movement – stay active, follow instructions, and express yourself
• creativity – boost confidence through fun and creative activities

They offer daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday sessions, plus inclusive club nights like Mayhem.
