Careline Waverley

The Careline alarm helps people live safely and independently at home. Help is always available at the press of a button.

This service is for people living in and around Waverley, Surrey.

After you apply, a friendly team member will visit your home. They will explain how the alarm works and set it up for you.

The service includes:

• an alarm base unit that connects to your phone line (or a SMART Hub if you don’t have one)
• a pendant you can wear around your neck or wrist
  24-hour monitoring

If you press the red button, staff at the monitoring centre will speak to you through the base unit. They will ask what help you need and contact your chosen emergency contacts or the emergency services.
