Better Health Mind and Body CIC

Better Health Mind & Body CIC runs free 12-week physical activity courses for adults aged 45 and over. Sessions take place twice a week in community spaces, making it easier for people who don’t have access to a gym.

The programme helps people stay active, manage long-term health conditions and improve wellbeing. It’s designed to be inclusive, so everyone can start their fitness journey together.

Each group has up to 20 people and includes:

  • strength training using body weight and dumbbells
  • cardio, stretching and balance exercises
  • ongoing coaching and support
  • tips on healthy eating and nutrition

Courses are currently running in Ashtead and Cobham. New sessions in Dorking and Epsom are coming soon.
