Wobble and Otago classes are for strength and balance and falls prevention.
All the classes start and end in a chair. There are optional standing elements.
These classes can help with functional ability for example inactivity, ageing, illness or injury. The wobble classes focus on exercises that help improve strength, mobility and confidence.
The sessions are pay as you go, with the first class free.
