Ashford Library is in the middle of the high street, near the junction with Pitcher Lane.

The library has automatic doors and a hearing loop. There is a lift to the second floor. There are ramps to the children's and computer sections of the library.

There are three parking spaces and two disabled parking spaces outside. There free on-street parking and a pay-and-display multistorey car park opposite.
