Parkinson's Group Elmbridge

The CHEER Parkinson’s Group meets every week at the Claygate Centre for the Community. It supports people with Parkinson’s and their carers.

The group offers:

• social, physical, emotional and mental health benefits for people who take part
• support for carers and time away from caring
• useful information and help with benefits

Each meeting starts with a drink and a chat. After that, there are chair-based exercises to help with stretching, blood flow and strength.
